  • Made-to-Order Products: Since all our products are stitched after you place your order, please allow 20–25 business days in total for stitching and delivery, depending on your location.

    You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped

  • Please note that processing times may vary based on demand or holiday seasons, but we will keep you informed of any significant delays.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We offer shipping within India and to international destinations.

  • Orders are shipped from Kozhikode, Kerala via trusted courier services.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method chosen.

  • The cost of shipping for international orders will depend on the destination, weight, and volume of the order.


4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders (India):
    Estimated delivery time is 20–25 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location.

  • International Orders:
    Delivery times vary based on the destination country. Typically, international orders take between 20–25 business days.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.


6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Missing or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product(s) and your order number.

  • We will work with the courier and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.


10. Returns and Exchanges

  • As our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
